At Trilogy Interactive, we inspire movements. We tell stories that turn heads. We win progress when it matters the most. And now, we want you to join us! We are a team of dynamic, diverse and passionate progressives who work with some of the biggest names in Democratic politics.

Do you love working with people to build long-term relationships? Do you love text messaging campaigns, and have experience managing blast or P2P texting operations? Do you have experience managing projects to meet aggressive deadlines and goals?

If so, throw your hat in the ring and apply to be our newest Textify Project Lead in Washington, DC.

Textify is a text-messaging platform that combines the benefits of broadcast and peer-to-peer texting to supercharge fundraising for nonprofits and political campaigns alike. It is also leveraged by campaigns for advocacy and electoral outreach.

As a Textify Project Lead, you will work with a team to deliver industry-leading results via Textify for a host of political, advocacy, and non-profit clients. Drawing on your experience managing projects, you will work with the Textify team and Textify clients to develop innovative digital advocacy, fundraising, and electoral campaigns utilizing the capabilities of Textify.

To accomplish that, our Project Leads need to:

  • Manage client relationships -- from conference calls to budgets -- and collaborate and coordinate with an internal team of digital and communications specialists.

  • Oversee Textify content development and creative production, reporting, budgeting, and optimization of clients' campaign plans.

  • Manage the client approval process.

  • Collaborate with Trilogy's Technology team on critical  project components related to campaign data, testing, and reporting.

People with all types of experiences, backgrounds, and interests can excel at this position, but these skills will be essential to the Textify Project Lead role:

  • You have experience with broadcast or P2P SMS programs.
  • You have project management experience.

  • You communicate well, with your managers and your clients. You are proactive and keep your team aware of your progress. You ask questions when you need information, and you’re good at preparing for and participating in calls with clients and vendors.

Additionally, here are traits that successful candidates will bring to the table:

  • You are professional: You come prepared to work, deliver what you promise, and do your part to keep projects on track.

  • You are organized: You can juggle dozens of tasks and assignments at once without ever missing a beat, and enjoy developing systems to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

  • You are curious: You like understanding the “why” behind results and you’re interested in finding new strategies that improve outcomes.

  • You love building relationships: Your communications in person or by phone/video and email aren't just about the next task, but show concern for developing long-term rapport with clients, partners, and fellow team members.

  • You are a great teammate: You take an interest in the personal and professional growth of your fellow team members. You contribute to positive workplace culture.

  • You have experience: Ideally 2-5 years, either in Democratic movement politics, organizing, the non-profit space, or digital media.
