Seasonal Digital Analyst

We are looking for detail-oriented and passionate individuals who are comfortable working with data to join our team through the 2022 election. This role will provide support across a wide range of client programs, including email, social media, SMS, advertising, and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Analyst, you will be closely involved with day-to-day reporting, advertising, quality assurance, and research tasks, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality results across multiple projects and client types. Analyst responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting quality assurance testing for email, social media, SMS, website landing pages, and advertising programs.

  • Preparing performance reports for clients.

  • Updating client websites, reporting templates, and supporter databases.

  • Helping analyze performance of client programs.

  • Participating on client calls and internal creative brainstorming sessions. 

  • Coordinating with project leads to monitor, modify, and implement client programs

  • Performing research tasks related to clients or the digital marketing industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Previous experience in politics or the digital marketing industry is not required, but we do expect all successful candidates to have demonstrated experience working with data in either educational coursework or previous professional experience. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms. Curiosity about new and better ways to do your work and interest in developing innovative solutions to help our clients reach their goals

  • Strong organizational and quantitative skills, and meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills 

  • Interest in and familiarity with electoral politics and campaigns

PREFERRED SKILLS

While not required, the following additional skills could be useful for this position, and we recommend highlighting them in your application materials.

  • Statistical testing techniques

  • SQL or other database management experience

  • Strong knowledge of grammar and familiarity with copyediting best practices

  • Experience with political advocacy CRMs, mailers such as MailChimp, SMS platforms, or other digital marketing software experience.

SALARY & BENEFITS

The minimum salary expectation for this role is $62,500. Exact title and salary to be determined based on experience, in line with Trilogy’s transparent salary structure. This is a temporary position that is expected to end in November of 2022.
