  • You have the ability to produce high-quality and visually engaging digital content across formats (Video editing and animation or motion experience required. Illustration capabilities a huge plus.)
  • You have the ability to work in a shifting and collaborative environment, while using constructive feedback/input to grow and learn
  • You have a knack for finding innovative design solutions that clearly explain complex issues in a clear and coherent way, and lead to actionable results
  • You’re able to move a concept to design quickly with strict attention to detail and end use in mind
  • You’re excited about the idea of working in progressive politics and for causes that make a positive difference in the world
  • You communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • You work well independently and as part of a team
  • You're able to set priorities and solve problems efficiently
  • You are always thinking about innovations in graphic communication
  • You have a strong portfolio. People have told you your work looks great -- and you agree

  • Developing graphic concepts based on creative brief (or occasional verbal direction)

  • Playing your part in helping us continually push our design offerings

While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following:
